EUT Desktop Engineer

Job Description

Over 5 years of experience in EUT, EUC environment for Level 2.
Experience in installation, maintenance and attending day-to-day user's incident/problem calls in coordination with service desk. Maintaining hardware and software inventory.
Hands on experience in standard operating environment – Image, App, Patch, Asset
Experience with improved remote support – Tools, Process, Integration with ITSM for auto KB population
Should be able to gather the SOP's Runbooks and other support services information from existing vendors, support teams

• Capture Site wise inventory details - Asset Master List only (Update)
• Capture Business wise Desktops and Laptop Details - Asset Master List only
• Capture Business specific Peripherals required
• Capture Standard and Business specific software and hardware required
• Configuration Management
• Standard Desktop laptop setup as per user business requirements
• Configuration Images for Site specific requirements
• Standard patch management
• Antivirus Management
• Antivirus software's definition (.dat) downloads
• Auto Configuration of desktop and laptops for definition Downloads
• Patch Management
